Epson launches world’s smallest printer ‘Workforce WF-100W’

Epson, the leading player in the printer segment has launched the lightest and the smallest A4 inkjet printer in the world. Named as the Workforce WF-100W, the printer focuses on mobile workers, who want to print low quantity invoices, designs or other documents on the move. The device comes equipped with Li-Ion battery that can be charges with the help of USB port or the AC adapter, which comes with the printer.

This new printer from the Japanese manufacturer weighs 1.6 kg and is slightly thicker as compared to an A4. It features a small LCD display which helps with the printing and also highlights the status of the printer. The device uses 2 ink cartridges and pigment ink and the paper tray of the printer can hold about 50 pages at a time.

Apart from this, the device also offers WiFi connectivity and the printing can be easily done with the Epson printing app. Moreover, the printer also boosts Google Cloud Print and the Applt AirPrint compatibility. The printer comes with the price tag of $390 and is available for purchase in the European market.
