Citrix has appointed Parag Arora as the new Area Vice President for the India region. He has been associated with the company since two and a half years. He will now be responsible for driving Citrix business with enterprise and field sales, consulting services, technical pre sales and the post sales functions across India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. With this new appointment the company is focusing on adoption of Citrix virtualization, mobility management, networking and cloud services and solutions.

Commenting on the appointment, Rob Willis, VP, Asia Pacific for Citrix, said, “The India Subcontinent is amongst the fastest growing regions for Citrix globally and Parag has already been a key contributor to it in his earlier capacity. His knowledge of Citrix offerings, deep customer relationships and familiarity with the company culture, made him a natural choice to spearhead our India business”.

As part of the new job Parag will also be working towards developing a sustained partner strategy aimed at helping customers become more productive while also driving mobile enablement of the enterprise.
