Wipro receives ‘Best Company to Work For’ title


Wipro, one the leading information technology company of India has been recognised as the ‘Best Company to Work For’. This is the result of the study conducted by Great Place To Work Institute and The Economic Times. This research studied more than 550 Indian and multinational organisations including both the public and private sector.

The study gave this title to Wipro inspiring trust and inseminating pride amongst its employees and also for creating the work environments which fosters the growth of the employees and of the company as well. The study carried out takes into account the employee-centric framework that measures the levels of Trust, Pride and Camaraderie prevalent in an organization through Trust Index, a proprietary employee tool developed by the Great Place To Work Institute.

Speaking about this new achievement, T K Kurien, CEO & Member of the Board, Wipro Ltd said, “We are proud to be recognized as a ‘Best Company to Work For’, among Super Sized Organizations by the Great Place To Work Institute and The Economic Times.
