Xerox has emerged as a spearhead in the IDC MarketScape 2013 Smart MFP report for the second successive year. IDC from its barrio acknowledged Xerox as a proven market leader in regard to the printing and copying vertical braced with a firm toehold in the multifunction printer (MFP) space.
