HP gives Enterprise Print Technology, Swells Mobile Printing for Businesses

HP has unwrapped a slew of inkjet devices designed to be able to meet the complex needs involving today’s large businesses.

The HP Officejet Enterprise Color MFP X585 plus HP Officejet Enterprise Color X555 are power-driven courtesy; HP PageWide Technology, which takes up time – tested, advanced commercial printing technologies and scales them to a fresh class of enterprise printers. The HP Officejet Enterprise series devices arrive enterprise ready with tested durability to be able to handle the demanding printing tasks entailing enterprise businesses—according to the company it prints at a speed which is two times faster and at half the cost of per page of color lasers.

HP from its barrio has also augmented its business printing portfolio to be able to address the requisites of businesses to advance document workflows even though maintaining security. The new-fangled printing array arrives, braced with the newest mobile print capabilities designed to aid businesses swell productivity.

HP also presented the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476 Mopria-certified printer that supports embedded print for Android-based devices.

Officejet Enterprise series come pre-loaded with enterprise functionality and same user interface that we have witnessed in other HP enterprise LaserJet printers. Besides, they support the latest HP LaserJet FutureSmart firmware and HP Open Extensibility Platform (OXP).

Informing that – “CIOs and IT decision makers can be confident that the HP Officejet Enterprise series provides employees exceptional enterprise-grade security, fleet management and mobile printing options along with the fastest speed and lowest total cost of ownership compared to color laser MFPs.”

 HP Officejet Enterprise Color MFP X585 series arrives in three variants – HP Officejet Enterprise Color MFP X585dn, MFP X585f and MFP X585zat Rs. 141,200, Rs. 144,439 and Rs 154,231 respectively.

 The HP Officejet Enterprise Color X555 series comes in two variants – HP Officejet Enterprise Color X555dn and HP Officejet Enterprise Color X555xh at Rs. 71,400 and Rs. 80,750 respectively.

Enhancing the LaserJet portfolio for enterprise HP also introduced the new Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M600 series.  The company claims that the new devices print up to 45 pages per minute and gives advanced paper handling as well as finishing options.

Joining the HP Flow MFP portfolio the M680 offers a number of features including access to the cloud, single-pass two-sided scanning and advanced sending and sharing options.

The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP M680 series comes in three variants – M680dn, MFP M680f and MFP M680z priced at Rs 340,000, Rs. 382,500 and Rs. 446,250 respectively.

The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M651 series are single-function printers; it features a 4.3-inch color touchscreen panel and access USB.

They also support wireless printing from tablets, smartphones, and other mobile devices including near-field communications (NFC) touch-to-print, wireless direct, HP ePrint and HP AirPrint.

The Color LaserJet Enterprise M651 series comes in two variants – M651n and M651dn, both the model are available at Rs. 149,672 and Rs. 187,068 respectively.

Recent research shows that by 2015, 41 percent of business smartphone patrons and 43 percent of business tablet users will print from their mobile devices.

HP’s lineup of devices aimed at SMBs and enterprises streamlines the way patrons can print through NFC touch-to-print capabilities, wireless direct printing, HP ePrint and HP AirPrint.

“The expectation of today’s business customer is to print securely from any location or device,” purported Nitin Hiranandani, Director, Printing Systems, PPS, HP India. Supplementing that – “HP is committed to deliver simple, secured mobile print solutions that can help customers solve the mobility challenge of working while in the office or on the go.”

HP also announced the industry’s first Mopria-certified printer – the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476 – that supports embedded print for Android-based devices as well as simple, secure mobile print options comprising NFC touch-to-print and wireless direct.

This device also arrives with the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) feature that streamlines access control for scan; fax or copy functions and advances productivity with corporate email directory lookup. MFP M476 series arrives in two options – MFP M476nw and MFP M476dw priced at Rs. 56,700 and Rs. 64,800 respectively.

The latest HP Officejet Pro 8610, 8620 e-All-in-One printers also meet Mopria global standards for giving wireless printing solutions on smartphones and tablets such as HP ePrint and wireless direct. Additionally, the HP Officejet Pro 8610, 8620 e-All-in-One offer high-quality color printing at up to 50 percent lower cost per page compared to color laser printers. HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One and HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One priced at Rs. 17,425 and Rs. 22,737 respectively.

HP is also announcing the LaserJet Pro M706 printer for printing on the go through HP ePrint.  These reasonable, dependable and compact A3 printers can improve office productivity with fast print speeds and low intervention rates. HP LaserJet Pro706n printer is priced at Rs. 57,375.

LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw and MFP M128 series will be made available to SMBs. These economical, full-feature MFPs offer print, copy, scan and fax features, bring office efficiency to the next level as far as small businesses are concerned. MFP M126nw/M128fw arrives with wireless direct printing, giving small business users, intuitive printing from smartphones, tablets and PCs. The MFP M126nw HP three-in-one, black-and-white laser printer that comes with network and wireless features, making it an affordable plan for the SMB patrons.

The MFP M126nw is priced at Rs. 12,075, while the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M128 series arrives in two variants – MFP M128fn and HP LaserJet Pro MFP M128fw priced at Rs. 16,443 and Rs. 18,225 in that order.

Increasing Flexibility for Businesses with Expanded PC Lineup;HP has declared new business products that meet employees’ requirements for work or life blend and allow them to stay connected in more places.

The string of announcement takes account of the thinnest, long-lasting HP EliteBook, an affordably priced two-in-one notebook, followed by two business tablets, a space-saving all-in-one (AiO) PC and a business Desktop PC.
